Revocation of Drivers License for a minimum of six months
A jail sentence of up to one year
Mandatory installation of an ignition interlock device

Payment of a driver responsibility assessment
Please note there are enhanced punishments for first time aggravated DWI offenders

The penalties for a DWI conviction are cumulative, so a second or subsequent conviction will lead to enhancements of the above penalties.
